Your digital scans will be available via a personal download link for 30 days. We remind all our customers of this via email. If you have ordered FULL QUALITY, your scans will be available for 3 months. For details check our Terms & Conditions (AGB).
Will I get my negatives back after scanning?

When should I send in exposed films?
Our tests have shown that exposed film should be processed as soon as possible. Exposed and unexposed film should be stored in the fridge at 13 °C or below.

Is there an expiration date?
Our service vouchers are valid for 1 year after the purchase only. The film has an expiration date printed on it. But if the film was stored correctly, it is still usable far beyond. Exposed and unexposed film should be stored in the fridge at 13 °C/50°F or below.
How should I store SILBERSALZ35?
Film likes it chilly. Exposed and unexposed film should be stored using your original SILBERSALZ35 pack in the fridge (13 °C / 50°F or below).
Where do I get a compatible camera?
It’s easy. For no more than 50 bucks you should be able to get a beautiful analog camera. For beginners, we recommend something like the Canon AE-1 or a Point and Shoot camera 🙂
